1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ClimbTrainer. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@climbtrainer.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the training data, notes, and other content you submit to ClimbTrainer. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Free & Paid Plans

ClimbTrainer offers a free tier and optional paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClimbTrainer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Training programs and recommendations generated by the Service are informational only and are not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. Climbing is an inherently risky activity — always exercise your own judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClimbTrainer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
